Our products are shipped directly from our distribution centers and international logistics partners.
The average delivery time within United Kingdom is 10 to 20 business days, depending on the customer’s location and the type of product.

⚠️ In more remote areas or exceptional cases, delivery may take a little longer.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your shipment status at any time.

We offer free shipping throughout United Kingdom for purchases over a certain amount (please check the conditions on the checkout page).
For orders below that value, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.


📬 Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive the package, up to two delivery attempts will be made.
If delivery cannot be completed, the package will be returned to our distribution center, and we’ll contact you to arrange a new shipment.
