Conditions for Exchange or Return
đź“… Timeframe for Exchange or Return:
You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request an exchange or return. If this period has expired, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your request.
📦 Product Condition:
The product must be in perfect condition, with its original tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories (if applicable), and must show no signs of use. Products that have been used or damaged cannot be exchanged or returned.

Our team will guide you through the next steps, whether you wish to exchange the product for another item or return it for a refund.
đź’¸ Shipping Cost:
The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or the exchange is due to an error on our part.

If your return is approved, the amount paid will be refunded through the same payment method used for the purchase, or as store credit—whichever you prefer.
Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after the return has been confirmed.
Exceptions
